WITH A HATHA YOGA SESSION BEFORE THE HYPNOTHERAPY BEGINS- Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat (if you have one) otherwise i can provide one for you.

*please note- We can do a gentle yoga session at first, if you are unfamiliar with yoga or if you have a health conditions. You will also learn breathing techniques.

In person usually a session should last over 2 hours minimum -3 hours (price will be given upon your completion of the form sent to you via email) but start at £ 500.
refreshments are free of charge at my home. you will need to prepare before you begin in person session and have refrained from taking any drugs or alcohol for a few days before the in person session depending on the substance taken.
